Why Choose SJ Petro as Your Petroleum Drilling Equipment Supplier?

1. Backed by Sinopec – Not a Trading Company

We are a manufacturer and a subsidiary of Sinopec Oilfield Equipment Corporation. We don’t simply rebadge other people’s products. We design, forge, machine, assemble, and test most of what we sell. That means lower cost, full traceability, and direct engineering support.

2. Full Range, One Purchase Order

Instead of managing ten vendors for one drilling project, you deal with one account manager, one engineering liaison, and one logistics coordinator. We bundle everything – from the rig down to the last seal kit – into a single shipment.

3. API & ISO Certified Quality

All our major products carry API monograms (4F, 7K, 8C, 16A, Q1). We maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Third-party inspection (ABS, DNV, BV) is welcome at any stage.

4. Global Spares Availability

We stock critical wear parts at regional hubs (Dubai, Houston, Singapore). Emergency air freight within 72 hours. For contract customers, we also offer consignment stock at your nearest warehouse.

5. Factory-Direct Pricing + Logistics Support

No middlemen. No hidden agent commissions. We provide FOB, CIF, or DDP quotes. Our logistics team handles export packing, sea freight, customs clearance, and inland transport to your wellsite if needed.

6. Technical Support That Doesn’t Disappear

Every equipment shipment includes documentation (O&M manuals, drawings, test reports). After delivery, we offer remote diagnostics, on-site commissioning, and crew training. Our engineers speak English, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish.

7. Flexible Payment & Financing

30% deposit, 40% against pre-shipment inspection, 30% after commissioning. LC, TT, or financing through Sinopec’s financial partners for qualified buyers.

FAQ – Petroleum Drilling Equipment Supplier

Q1: What is the minimum order value? Do you supply small quantities of spare parts?

A: For spare parts, no minimum – even a single pump piston or brake block is fine. For major equipment (rigs, top drives, BOPs), we typically require at least one complete unit. Smaller items like shaker screens or mud pump valves can be ordered in low volumes.

Q2: How do I know your equipment is genuine API certified – not fake?

A: We provide API monogram licenses and corresponding certificates with each product. You can verify our API license number directly on API’s website. We also welcome any third-party inspector to verify material certs and witness pressure tests.

Q3: Can you supply equipment that meets specific regional standards (e.g., GOST for Russia, NACE for sour service)?

A: Yes. We have experience with GOST (customs union), NACE MR0175 (H2S service), ATEX / IECEx (explosive atmospheres), and ABS/DNV marine class. Tell us your requirement upfront.

Q4: What is your typical response time for a technical question or spare parts request?

A: Email response within 24 hours (often same day). Emergency parts: we confirm stock within 4 hours and ship within 24 hours (air freight). On-site technical support: we aim to have an engineer at your location within 10-14 days, depending on visa and travel.

Q5: Do you offer training on how to maintain and repair your equipment?

A: Yes. For major equipment, we provide on-site training (1-2 weeks) at no extra charge. For spare parts users, we provide video tutorials and written guides. We can also arrange factory training at our facility in Jingzhou.

Q6: Can you quote a complete drilling package including equipment from other brands you don’t manufacture?

A: Absolutely. We regularly act as the main contractor, sourcing BOPs from Cameron/NOV, engines from Caterpillar, and electronics from Siemens – all under our engineering coordination. You still get one point of contact.

Q7: What is the delivery lead time for a set of spare mud pump liners?

A: Standard sizes (6″, 6-1/2″, 7″) in stock: ship within 7 days. Non-standard or high-chrome liners: 30 days. We’ll confirm before you order.

Q8: How do I become a distributor or agent for SJ Petro in my country?

A: We are selective but open to partners with proven oilfield connections. Contact our international department with your company profile, track record, and target market. We’ll discuss exclusivity, stock holding, and technical support terms.
