We also manufacture complete integrated cementing systems – combining all of the above on shared skids or spread modules.
Why Choose SJ Petro as Your Cementing Equipment Manufacturer?
1. We Are the Manufacturer – Not a Middleman – You deal directly with the factory. Lower cost, faster answers, real engineering support.
2. API Certified – Full Traceability – API 7K, 10D, 10F, Q1. Every component has material test reports and pressure test records.
3. 500+ Cementing Units Delivered – Volume means we have refined our designs, tooling, and production processes. You benefit from lessons learned across hundreds of units.
4. Custom Manufacturing Without Nightmares – We accept non‑standard requests. Our engineers work with you to modify dimensions, pressure ratings, materials, or drive systems.
5. Short Lead Times vs Other Manufacturers – Our standard skid units: 4‑5 months. Many competitors quote 8‑12 months. We have a dedicated production line and in‑house machining.
6. One‑Stop Manufacturing – Pumps, ACM, bulk systems, downhole tools, spares – all from one factory. You write one PO, inspect one facility, manage one logistics plan.
7. Factory Acceptance Test – Your Witness – We encourage client attendance at FAT. You see your unit run before it ships. No surprises.
8. Spare Parts Production for 15+ Years – Because we manufacture our own components, we can supply parts for decades. No obsolescence from third‑party suppliers discontinuing a product.
9. Sinopec Financial Stability – We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec Oilfield Equipment Corporation. Long‑term commitment, not a fly‑by‑night shop.
10. Global Export Experience – We have shipped to over 30 countries. Our export packaging, documentation, and logistics team know the requirements for each region.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – For Manufacturers & Procurement
Q1: Do you manufacture all components in‑house, or do you outsource some?
We outsource raw materials (steel, engines, some sensors), but all critical fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing are in‑house. We control the quality of the final product.
Q2: Can you manufacture cementing equipment to our proprietary design?
Yes – under a non‑disclosure agreement. You provide drawings and specifications; we manufacture to your design. We will not sell your design to others. Minimum order quantities apply.
Q3: What is your largest cementing unit order to date?
We have delivered 12 identical twin pump skids to a national oil company in a single contract. Production was spread over 18 months.
Q4: Can you brand equipment with our company logo and colors?
Absolutely. We can apply your corporate paint scheme, decals, and nameplates. Provide PMS color codes and artwork.
Q5: Do you provide training for our own manufacturing or maintenance team?
Yes – we offer technology transfer and training programs for clients who want to perform maintenance or even local assembly. Contact us for a proposal.
Q6: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom manufactured equipment?
For fully custom cementing units: MOQ 1 (one unit) but engineering and tooling fees apply for first unit. For standard units: no MOQ. For downhole tools: MOQ 10 pieces per size.
Q7: Do you offer a warranty on manufactured equipment?
18 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning (whichever earlier). For exported equipment, we warrant materials and workmanship – not wear items (packing, seals, etc.).
Q8: How do you ensure quality consistency across multiple units?
We use standardized assembly procedures, calibrated test equipment, and digital quality records. Each unit is built to the same drawings and tested against the same acceptance criteria.
Q9: Can you provide API monogrammed equipment?
Yes – we hold API monogram licenses for API 7K, 10D, and 10F. Additional fees apply for API monogramming and associated documentation.
Q10: What is your production capacity for rush orders?
We can expedite a single unit by 30‑40% (e.g., 4 months instead of 6) by dedicating overtime and priority machining. Rush fees apply. For large fleet orders, we offer phased delivery.
Q11: Do you manufacture equipment for NACE / sour service?
Yes – we have manufactured hundreds of units and tools in NACE MR0175 materials (EE, FF, HH classes). We can supply certified material test reports.
Q12: Can we visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome client visits to our Jingzhou facility. We can show you production lines, test bays, and completed units. We also arrange local accommodation and translation.
Q13: Do you offer a trade‑in program for old equipment?
Yes – we accept used cementing equipment (any brand) as trade‑in toward new SJ Petro equipment. We evaluate condition and provide a credit.
Q14: How do I get a manufacturing quote for custom equipment?
Provide: product type, quantity, required specifications (pressure, rate, dimensions, material class, paint color), and any special design requirements. We will respond with a technical proposal, fixed price, and estimated lead time within 7‑10 business days.
