Q1: Can you supply a complete drilling package including top drive, BOP, and mud pumps?
A: Yes. SJ provides integrated packages – rig, top drive, BOP handling system, mud pumps (F-500 to F-2200), solids control, and electric control house. Or we can just supply the rig if you already have auxiliary equipment.

Q2: What is the typical delivery time for a ZJ70 class rig?
A: For a standard AC VFD ZJ70 rig, delivery is 8–10 months from contract date. Fast-track options (6–7 months) are possible with expedited production – please inquire.

Q3: Do you offer on-site assembly supervision?
A: Absolutely. We send experienced field engineers to guide rig-up, perform cold and hot tests, and train your local crew. We also provide remote video support during commissioning.

Q4: Are your rigs suitable for H2S (sour gas) service?
A: Yes. We can supply sour-service versions with special metallurgy and coatings for components exposed to H2S. Please specify your fluid composition.

Q5: How do you handle spare parts for overseas clients?
A: We maintain a global spares list and ship via air or sea. For large fleets, we recommend setting up a consignment stock. Common wear parts (brake blocks, seals, chains) are always in stock.

Q6: Can your onshore rig be moved as a complete unit without dismantling?
A: Our fast-moving series uses a trailer-mounted or skid-mounted design that allows the entire rig to be dragged or trailed to the next wellhead within the same pad – no mast lowering. For highway moves, partial tear-down is required.

Q7: Do you have experience with directional drilling contractors?
A: Yes. Many of our AC VFD rigs are equipped with top drives and integrated surface data acquisition systems that interface with third-party MWD/LWD tools. We work closely with directional service companies.

Q8: What warranties do you provide?
A: Standard 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment (whichever comes first). Extended warranties and performance guarantees are negotiable for large contracts.
